Privacy Policy
01 Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the Service:

We do not currently operate independent usage analytics beyond what Vercel's hosting platform collects as part of standard infrastructure operation.
02 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:
Providing the Service: Authenticating your account, retrieving and saving your transformer jobs, and delivering calculation results.
Account communications: Sending transactional emails such as account verification, password resets, and billing notifications. We do not send marketing email without your explicit opt-in.
Service improvement: Using aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to diagnose errors and improve performance. We do not build individual user profiles for this purpose.
We do not use your data for advertising, algorithmic profiling, or any purpose not listed above.
03 Data Storage
User account data and transformer job data are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the US-East-1 region. Transformer job data is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Connections to the database use TLS encryption in transit.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
04 Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing, analytics, or any commercial purpose.
We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to operate the Service:

Each provider maintains their own privacy and security practices. We may be required to disclose data in response to a valid legal process (e.g., court order or subpoena), and we will notify you where permitted by law.
05 Your Rights
You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
Access: You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Correction: You may update your account email and other profile information at any time from within the app.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@loadmark.tech. We will complete deletion within 30 days and confirm via email.
Portability: You may request an export of your transformer job data in a machine-readable format by contacting support.

06 Cookies
LoadMark uses only essential session cookies necessary for authentication and maintaining your login state. These cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled without logging out.
We do not use:

Authentication session cookies are classified as Essential and do not require opt-in consent under applicable privacy frameworks.
07 Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for use by engineering professionals and is not directed at or designed for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at support@loadmark.tech and we will promptly delete the account.
08 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When material changes are made, we will post the updated Policy on this page and provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice by email. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
